As Flamez recommended, Vegas is the way to go. That or Adobe Premiere Pro, which is a bit different to learn but still yields the same results. Best advice for editing is: practice, practice, practice. Your first videos will most likely always come out "sucky" but in time you'll learn the best ways to make your videos look clean and organized.
