"Stuff's already packed up in the bus. If you have anything to take with you here at the camp, feel free to. We only need to pack up the electric fence and the sleeping bags." I say. I walk inside the camp's borders, and turn off the generator. I take it away in the bus's storage compartments, and I start packing up the electric fence. We might set this up, just to be safe. We also might use the generator for other things, like radios, laptops and all that electric stuff. We'd need something to at least heat up the area though; and we're lacking that. Oh, well, we'll run into a town sooner or later on the way there.
OOC: What city was the one that is getting nuked right now? What should we call it (since we're on the East Coast of USA, suggest a name of a city from there) ?

OOC: How about New Jersey?
"Alex we need to stock up for the journey and winter jackets for the arrival."

OOC: Katy... We're 120 miles away from the city from where we are...

* I find my katana lying on the ground near the bus and go to pick it up* ok,so we got our plane, now what's the plan?

OOC: Katy, we're 120 miles away from the city. One does not simply walk 120 miles.

We need to get some clothes though, we're not gonna make it with our t-shirts on.. We need to find some survival store, there might be one in town.

OOC: The nuke, when will it go off?

OOC: Yesterday, there was a day left.
"Guys, there are only a few hours until the nuke goes off. We need to get moving. Since everybody's in the bus, we're driving off." I say. "Here's the plan: We're going to be driving to Alaska. Our first stop is Otawa, the old capital of Canada. Not any more I assume. We'll be stocking up on food, fuel, some radiators for heat, water and clothes. Otawa's far enough from New Jersey. And since it's the largest town on the route we're heading on, which is from here to Alaska, it would be great." I say. I close the bus's doors since the electric fence and the sleep bags were packed, and everyone was in the bus, and I sit down on the driver's seat. I turn on the engine and start driving. I turn on the stereo; music could be heard on a frequency; the radio was probably on and it stayed that way when the broadcasters got zombified. I found it kind of ironic that the song "Hit the road, Jack" was playing.

OOC: can i keep my motorcycle? lol

OOC: It would be quite weird since we didn't have a motorcycle in the first place when we got to the camp.

OOC: remember i went to town and i got a motorcycle and some music stuff remember?

OOC: i did it on page 143 lol

Puts feet up on to the front seat and listens to the music. "What a classic!" Starts humming the lyrics.

OOC: That would still be god-modding; walking to the city 120 miles just to get a motorcycle and "music stuff", lol. I'm not trying to break the mood, but I'm making a game out of this and I don't want to have lots of gaps of storyline I have to fill to make it realistic, lol

OOC: I agree with Alex, just keep this logical..

IC: I sit in the middle of the bus, at a 4 person seat. I look outside, I notice the terror and death that the apocalypse has made.. This is actually the first time I got a clear look to things. It was devestating, burned out cars, death people, destroyed houses.. It was overwhelming.

I was wondering if I could ever walk again, this thing became pretty annoying.. I just wanted to move again..
