Zombie Apocalypse (roleplay)

OOC: you missed julien doing a fake suicide atempy (hes ok now) and we made a plan (sorta) to get a plane (me and katy and anna sorta know how to fly) and wed scout around to see if anywere else is ok

"Damn it! Too slow, wanted to come with her."

OOC: If you're still at camp I'll go with ya.

'Yeah, I mean, even if we don't go to another country, we could just scout for a new area before the nuke goes off. So its settled- Me Katy and Hana will go. Why don't some of you guys scout the city for extra supplies while the others pack the stuff into the bus before we leave?'

"woah, wait, I'm not sure i fancy dodging radiated spots for the duration of the rest of my life, not to mention the fallout for a few days, and if they send out like 7 or 8 they'll start a nuclear winter!!! that means no sun! everybody dead! apart from the zombies ironically. A-anyway, we have NO choice, If we don't stop these nukes, were completeley and utterly, 100% fucked."

"We can't stop a nuke in 1 day.. That's impossible."

I pick up my deagle and put my sniper in my bag, then take my magnum from Alex.

'We can't stop this nuke, and we won't. We're leaving so it won't stop US'.

"and once those nukes go off, so is surviving. we got two choices and three outcomes:we do nothing or run, and die, we try and stop it, and die. OR we try and stop it and succeed, in which case we may just survive."

'Also- there's only one nuke, no others, so if we just go like 300 miles away from it, we'll be fine'.

"someone said there were more?"

'Well- there aren't luckily', I smiled.

"Any ways, didn't a guy at the lab start the nukes? Can't we just stop it there?"

"Unless we encounter that thing again."

Maybe, but you would need access codes and special keys to stop the nuke. If this is a government operation then there must be other nukes in other parts."

"one nuke would be like a drop in the ocean, i can't believe they would only let off one, but whats this 'thing'?"

'Wowowwoooo there- I'm not, and neither are any of us going back to that god forsaken lab. This is what happened to me last time.'

I roll up the sleeve of my shirt and reveal the huge wounds on my arm that hadn't scarred over quite yet.

'THAT'S why we're not going back. I almost died of blood loss and I don't think that Alex would want that to happen to any of us again. Its easier if we just flee the area- or the COUNTRY if we have to. It would take us days to get there anyway. We only have one day left- we shoul use it to get out of here'

"what exactly was in that lab?"

I took a deep breath and explained it to Will.

'The virus, the zombie virus, grew stronger and turned into a parasite. It infected people and then grew into some kind of monster with black scales. Its huge, and it has massive claws and that what it attacked me with. It IS the virus. And the worst part? It can't be killed. I'm guessing the only thing that can destroy it is that nuke. And luckily the nuke is set to blow up exactly where that monster is. If we stop that nuke, that monster will live, and will probably kill us.'

With a concerned face I put my hand on Anna's shoulder. "That looks painful, are you ok?"

" I still think we're fine here, as soon as the nuke goes off, the zombies will be dead in a pretty big range, we can find a house nearby and life 'peacefully'.."

'Yeah I'm fine', I say, sending a smile Kye's way (That is your name right? I'm getting really bad with names now xD).

'That's a good idea, Julien'.
