Zombie Apocalypse (roleplay)

*i stand up and brush the snow off my body, then i get on the bus to warm up*

-I run inside of the local gun shop that is in the street behind of the local wal-mart- ugh... -I start barricading the doors and I slowly investigate the area with a flashlight in my left and a metal bat in my right-

We reached the mountain; and in about half an hour, it was starting to get dark. "All right, Kye and Everett, start checking the mountain for any caves or places covered from snowing. Our meeting point will be here. Don't head too far" I say as I start looking for any covered places as well.

OOC: Mare, I would ditch going behind walmart (the group left that place AGES ago) and go somewhere in/near Alaska as that's where we are.

I wander around, trying to look for something, but all I found was snow, rock and some grass. I saw a rabbit, but it was too far to be hit with a shotgun.

As I wonder around searching I come across a dark and dingy hole of a cave. The hole was jet black, nothing could be seen in it. I hear strange noises come from the direction of the cave. "The noise seems to be coming from there, I should probably tell the others first before entering. Hey I found a good spot!" I shout to the others.

OOC: I feel twice as stupid today now XD and to be truthful I wouldn't know since reading 185 pages of chat can be discouraging XP

IC: -I take as much weapon and ammo inside of the bags of the store and I start wandering to look for a way to go to Alaska- . . . Hmm... -Starts to look for the nearest possible military base-

OOC: You know it's kinda funny when you think of people going to the north during a zombie apocalypse since it'll just risk them more with the cold and all

OOC: We went there, because it's more safe against zombies. They freeze, if they don't circulate blood.

OOC: Yes, Alaska isn't just snow and mountains. But I mentioned I marked a place on the GPS that's 50 miles away from any city or town in the area so zombies wouldn't get closer to us and that's where we are.
IC: I hear Kye shouting that he found a good place and I head that way. I take out my shotgun and turn on the flashlight. "All right, let's go in; who knows what might be there" I say as I start walking inside, ready to face anything..probably.

OOC: Zombies don't need blood since they don't breathe at all, what they only need is their brain and nerves and they're already cold since they all lost their body heat since they are of course corpses.
IC: -Climbs over the gate and wonders why there have been no zombies so far then walks off to a military jeep and throws in the bags of guns and supplies- Now to look for some fuel... -Walks off inside of the compound and starts to search the area- It's too quiet... -Continues to walk with my steps echoing-

OOC: Think about physics. If it doesn't move, it freezes more easily. Blood circulation keeps us from freezing. And zombie blood doesn't circulate they freeze.

OOC: Yes but the warmer something is then the faster it freezes since the vapor freezes faster around it. And since a zombie has no body heat then it'll freeze slower than us.

OOC: im not a zombie pro ( im mainly going over books and shows ive seen and lol this is a weird converstaion) but i say they have blood .... or adleast old blood. in my oppinion they have it because in several times ive seen the main charecter take the guts and blood out of it and use it as protection or camo. and if it were dry then it wouldnt help t all. but if there were the smell of blood and stuff then they would just atack the person doing it (of corse im no pro so thats what i say but belive what u wana belive, peace out and Bla )
