That's a legal thing. The contest is sponsored and you can win stuff, the sponsor is US based (as far as I'm aware) - everything that ahs to do with winning stuff needs to be 18+ for some reason if you do it the completely legal way.
If you still wanna post maybe you can ask a sibling or a friend or whoever to post it in their name, would be my first idea. On the other hand I had no part in organizing this contest so I'm not a reliable source either
