With the arrogant confidence that only she could have, Sylvia walked right up to the dragon-kin.
"Hiya! If you're here for a room, it'll be about a thousand golden coins. Cash up front."
The dragon just gave the nine-tail what could best be described as a withering glare.
"I'm not royalty, Kitsune. And I'm not here to stay, I'm just here to collect my apprentice."
"Excuse me? That would be...?"
Finnian took that as his cue to whisper the name of a certain half-demon into Sylvia's ear.
"Oh, right... Trisha?"
He face-palmed right after.
"Tristam."
The dragonkin corrected.
"I said that."
"Whatever. I was told that he was here. Where is he?"
"And why, may I ask, would you want to see him? He's a rather valuable customer, I don't want him scared away. In fact, I don't even have your name."
"Kiha. Tristam's teacher. Are we done here, yet?"
"Nope."
Kiha shot another glare towards the nine-tail, before advancing on the relatively defenseless kitsune behind her.
"How about you, then? Do YOU know where he is?"
She then did something much scarier than mere glaring. She smiled. The way she'd done it though gave Finnian chills.
"U-upstairs! Sylvia's office! Don't eat me!"
He then relocated to a safer location. Like the chandelier.
Kiha looked much like a cat that caught the canary while Sylvia simply frowned.
"Was that so hard?"
Said the dragonkin, heading directly for the stairs.

You know, most people call me insane...
That's what happens when I try to reason with people, they don't like it, and I eventually end up turning them to charcoal in the end...
Why are you looking at me like that?
Despite popular belief, I did not draw the avatar I'm using. I can't draw.
