  • Realizing what she'd done, Kiha's gaze softened as she watched the fairies fly off. "I made a fairy cry..." She muttered to herself. "Great job, Kiha, snapping like that..."
To say she felt bad would be a slight understatement; To be more accurate, she felt horrible. Noticing that students were showing up to investigate, she quickly left.

'I know I should be moving on... I promised myself I would... but...' She thought, taking cover in the first room she saw. 'What if they're right?' Judging from the scents, her apprentice had been here briefly. Perhaps it was his room?
Kor's room or not, she sat herself on the bed, placing the transparent petal on a nearby desk and fishing out another flask of Yuushio's brew. 'Surprised I'm not drunk off this stuff already... That will likely change real quick...'

After a second's hesitation, she removed the cap, and within seconds the entire flask was emptied and tossed aside, the dragonkin coughing from the scorching sensation in her throat.
Standing, she then moved over towards the window, leaning against the wall next to it as she simply stared outside. "It looks like there's going to be a storm..." Kiha said quietly.

She couldn't help but notice her own reflection in the glass, and notice she had, unbeknownst to her, shed some tears. "Damn it all..." She muttered, wiping said tears away. "Why did those three have to be so persistent..."

    -------------------------------------

Instantly, Kor's eyes shot open, and he leaped to his feet, stretching. "Oh, man, that hurt...!" If he had to be honest, he felt he'd gotten the short end of the stick in that bout. Zarak's "death" would've been quick and painless, but him? Laying there and bleeding out was not fun.
"Classes?" The half-demon asked dumbly, before realizing that, yes, he was in a school. 'Oh, right! Um..." He reached into his pocket, pulling out a folded piece of paper, which he of course unfolded. "Sahrah? You coming with me?"

Before Sahrah got to him, however, Salamander was the first to be by his side, a wide grin on her face. "Nice move you did there at the end, something I'd do if I was cornered. I'd say that was worthy of my attention!"
The half-demon blinked. "By attention, do you mean...?" "YUP! You finally get the best spirit of them all on your side!" 'Aside from the gray general himself, of course.' she added mentally. "You still got the ring?"

Kor nodded, taking said ring out of his pocket. Salamander's grin only widened. "Great! Now, most spirits do this fancy-pants ceremony thingy, real wordy; . But I won't bore you with that, so here's the dramatically cut down version. First off, put on the ring." Kor did as he was told. "Now, do you want me to bond with you as spirit to summoner?"
The answer was pretty obvious. Yes. "Good choice!!" Salamander exclaimed. Both the spirit and her ring glowed brightly as suddenly, with a loud *CRACK!*, she disappeared.

"Huh. Maybe it's just me, but... I thought it'd be a bit more flashy..." Kor admitted. 'hey, it was this or nothing at all! At this point, I was looking for an excuse to join with you!' He heard the fiery spirit's voice say in his head.
'Be prepared for many headaches. More than one person talking in your head... It ain't really pleasant.' Said Abaddon as Soul Eater returned to the half-demon, actually teleporting itself into his hand as he sheathed his old blade.

You know, most people call me insane...
That's what happens when I try to reason with people, they don't like it, and I eventually end up turning them to charcoal in the end...

Why are you looking at me like that?

Despite popular belief, I did not draw the avatar I'm using. I can't draw.
  • Zarak stood up and cracked his neck and Back. "Good shot, Kor. And you got a spirit out of it, too. Congrats." He smiled and clapped his hand on Kor's back.

Sahrah leaped out of the stands and hugged Kor tightly. "Oh, my sweet precious Kor! Congratulations!" She kissed him deeply and held him close.

Poofers meowed and curled up atop Zarak's hair, a tiny fluffball crown.
  • Sadly, Lazarus wasn't enjoying his day as much as a few others... he had realized just now he was sprinting to who knows where, and he couldn't even tell where he came from. But off in the distance was a soft light- Moving closer, he found that there was a quaint single-room building with a fireplace. In and out came a man of slightly larger size, wearing an old fashioned, and yet just as fashionable black tuxedo-esque coat. Along with this was a bowler hat, some black workshoes and a white undershirt. He had a large black backpack and a wide smile on his round face; Lazarius decided to sneak in to warm up from.... everything, at this point. He needed to rest just a bit. Upon entering, he noticed a body in the corner... but it was breathing and smiling, as if asleep. The fire was roaring and there was no furniture. How quaint.
