Alright , I will build parts.

But first , I have this problem , my PC get heated for some reason. The fan which cool it down do not spin. What should I do?

1. The fan isn't plugged in properly.

2. The fan is damaged.

Yes , it is damaged , it do not spin all the time. Which cause a bad smell of burned plastic I don't know why

In my honest opinion, since you don't know around PC components, I should not be suggesting you Unlocked CPU and Motherboards that can overclock since you will never do it...ever.

SSD is for Operating system only and some softwares like Antivirus and Editing software. SSD means it works faster than an HDD. It's best for booting only though. WDC Black is pretty fast too and I gave 1TB for your game library.

Now, since you don't know how to overclock, you can go with this CPU and motherboard:
