Yeah my Phenom is old, And I can't go to those series co'z this PC is from my family (true owner: Dad) and I will buy an awesome PC with Intel i7 Extreme and nVidia 600 GTX higher when I have enough money or when I have a job (co'z I'm still a 14 yr. old kid). And Why Powersupply has 900 watts? because back then my PSU is 300 watts but then I suffer so many Blue Screen of Deaths and we buy a new PSU 900 watts and it's so cheap! It's about 900 Pesos (about $22) that's why we bought it and that PSU (900 watts) has 2 Fans! That's why

PSU is the heart of your PC. If you don't have a PC with a true rated ratings like 80+ Bronze efficiency. It means that it is generic and only get half of the said watts. or less. For example, you get 900w from a generic PSU, it's really only 250w or 300w. However, if you get a branded PSU like Corsair or Seasonic with 80+ bronze efficiency. 520w is more than enough with i5-3450+650 Ti.:) It's not about the watts but the quality. It's the reason why you get so many BSOD and such. Good thing, your PC didn't get fried.

Don't go with i7 extreme. And lol, when you get a job, there will be 5 more generations to come before you can buy your own PC. xD Phenom II X6 is old but if you have it, it's still good, but mediocre.

Well I want Intel i7 Extreme because it's just like a video card and I want it with nVidia GTX 600 or higher for fast performance. Imagine: Intel i7 Extreme with nVidia GTX 690. :thumbsup:

Guality is better. And yeah of course new generation rigs will be out when I have a job (when I grow up of course) definitely buy them.

i7 and 690 would be phased-out by that time. Heck, we may even be using 4D gaming by that time. And we've got robots, etc after 12 yrs.

Anyways, your DREAM PC costs 150,000-200,000 pesos on Philippines.:) And you should be playing on 3 monitors to play the heck out of your gpu.:))

Haha! That's only my Dream PC and even I have that Specs I will only buy 1 Monitor that has 1920 x 1200 res. or higher. And if I have that kinda specs (referring i7 Extreme with GTX 690) I will need a higher quality PSU (with like 900 watts or higher). My computer will be invincible for many generations with some awesome gaming keyboard, mouse and others! Mwahahahaha! Except for natural calamities (that would be suck).

I would build a pc, its cheaper, and you know what goes into your pc, I suggest not to buy the computer that run windows 8, try to build your ow computer

Let's say it would last for 3-4 years until a new console comes out. Consoles hinder graphics development actually.

Anyways, it sucks if you will only use 1 monitor for 690.-.- That's is stupid actually. 690 is meant to be played on 3 monitors to see its full potential. Get 680 or 7970 if you're gaming 1 monitor only. There are monitors with 1440p but it also costs a lot.:))

Well, it's OVERKILL! 690 is as strong as 2 680, but it's just in one card. But if you can get a 1440p monitor, then it would be good, get GTX 690.:D It's your own preference anyways, GTX 690 costs 2 Gaming PCs na.:D 2 monitors...meh, I think you cannot game on it since games requires 3 monitors if you want to play on multi-monitor, not sure about that.

Update 1: Oh.. I didn't, well my resolution is 1920x1600.

Update 2: Fuck I forgot I thought... nah I'm actually using 1920x1200 lol. Well.. I think I'll get 1440p monitor if I grow up and have a nice job.

Yeah.. Actually when I grow up I want to be a game developer or author (light novels) or maybe the two of them. And definitely being a youtuber but School first, haha! And then I can be rich! And defintely buy my Dream PC or latest generations' PC!

I planned that too.. But I don't know what to pick, what game engine to use. I like Unity but damn that Pro Version has 30 Day Trial Thingy

and Game Maker Studio but that's more expensive than Unity (I think) :thumbdown:

I'm now in the middle of thinking of buying a middle-high end PC (i5-3380,GTX 560-Ti) of a PS3.....
On one side i think computer would be better.... But i would lie to buy ps3.... i certainly hope i could buy both (i can't though)
