Meh, would pretty much be getting more mods. Just limited to one area. But I like the general idea of it, but how many would there need to be? And who would be the one to pick them? (Obv other mods but..well..).

I like what Cake suggested, mods for a certain area, after all getting a person with a specific title that says the rule has been broken is like a mod of a specific area.

In that case its pointless because for any action to be taken will wait for a mod to get on and ban the person who were breaking the rules advised by the person who was watching over.

If there is / was a muting system for chatbox the said person could be able to mute them.

E.g. What would be required for a report to be filled? How long will a ban be? Who will the person be? How many people? And so forth...

Exactly someone complains till then. Even if he has the title, the person might not stop until a mod get's on, if a couple of people that talk often in the shoutbox got permision to mute and erase messages that would be better.

Eh... who on earth would volunteer on such a task? xD I mean, I'd personally feel annoyed to listen someone who isn't a real mod but is like "no you can't send more cat gifs" and they're like 12 years old or something and can't spell or something...

I thought PPL or Mods shouldnt just be responsible for everything meaning Work should be divided between Mods For example : Mod no1 should be responsible of what happens in Shoutout box and Mod Number 2 Should be responisble for whatever... you know what i mean

I like the idea, just to have sub mods for certain area's. And the shoutbox need some supervision.

The thing is that no one will simply become a assistant because you have to earn the mods and admins trust.
And im my opinion, many would flip over a simple matter because it annoys them.

The team obviously. In my opinion its 2 or 3 people that would be able to monitor the shoutbox during different timezones.
Authority is not a easy thing to not abuse time to time, but still.
The person must have all the team's trust before even having slightest chance becoming a shoutbox moderator.
And i hope you all know that we cant discuss about this.
Just keep the discussion with the mods/heiko if you really think this is a problem big enough to add mods to it.
But imo, i think its perfect as is.

If this really happend, the staff team would choose this "People" that would be trusted. It's up to mKeRix if he thinks we need it or not.
