I don't really have favourite as such, I just really love everything but I think that if I had to pick a favourite it would be the Assassin's Creed series. You watch the title cutscene to Assassin's Creed 2 with Ezio and his brother climbing the church and you tell me that that doesn't send chills up your spine. The music as well when you get chased, it's just so invigorating.

personally, I've always been a fan of the Final Fantasy series soundtracks. Can't pick one, but they're all fun to listen to.

The soundtrack of Final Fantasy X is pretty awesome

i dont really know, but personally i can say, that no game should have a dubstep soundtrack, or as background music...
