PewDiePie has changed to the worse! :(

  • i think i know what you mean but...pewds has always been for me when i am sad. He does his best to keep his bros entertained and happy.He makes sure to give us a Brofist at the end of every video to make us remember that he cares for us.Pewds has not been making so much Amnesia but he has been doing Slender, Haunt , Playing with Cry etc. i also dont blame people for not liking the new pewds because he has been doing not the normal stuff that he used to do.Some people come to even betray pewds because he was not as he was before.But pewds is a good man and a great youtuber because he cares about us.This is just my opinion.I would also love it if Pewds would more Amnesia , but pewds also has something what he wants to do.

    I like so much the new personality of Felix, I think now he is more funny than in the past. Of course I love his old videos too, but for me, the new ones are more funny and entertaining. You know, almost every gamer plays a game by following its story, but PewDie tries something differrent and he is joking with the games.
    That's why I am a huge bro, because he makes us happy with his happyness.

  • Bros, I don't think Pewd's having loss fun doing what he does. If he's the first one saying in the Friday with Pewdiepie vids that he's passing through the best moment of his life, I can't believe he's lying. Or maybe he could, but would it make sense lying even to himself? Just asking :) (and trying to reassure you somehow XD)

  • I agree, what would be fake were if Pewdiepie tried to keep up the same exact show just for the sake of viewers.
    Besides, it's better that way for him, if he allows himself to change, because and audience gets bored with something after a while.
    If you compare him to Tobuscus, for example, Tobuscus has made 3 times as many videos and been around longer but has a million fewer subscribers. And I watched tobuscus and was really into him for a while, but I eventually got hired ofTobuscus. He very much is exactly the same from video to video and at one point if you've seen enough of his, you've seen them all. That's just my opinion, but iI think I would get bored of Pewds too if he always did the same thing. It gets old, and you want something new after a while.

  • I'm a fan of pewdie's older lets play's too. He was , in my opinion a lot funnier. Mainly because it seemed he was a lot more laid back and that. I mean, i still enjoy pewdiepie. He's swell and energetic. I also understand that he's gotta change otherwise he will becoming boring very quickly. Hell if i was stuck doing the same crap from two years ago, i'd go nuts. But like, i really loved his thick swedish accent from earlier. I respect the way he's going, i'm glad he's very successful and having such a large fanbase he should adjust himself for the majority of viewers. Though some lets play's and videos of his aren't very entertaining to me, i think if the majority of his fans like it, he should continue. I mean there are plenty of other people who make videos i am also interested in, so i'm plenty happy with skipping a few series i may not be interested in. As much as he may be different from what he once was, it's his channel in the end and his choice on what he does with it. My two cents on the topic c:

  • All in all, Felix is an amazing Youtuber who cheers me up when i am down and even inspires me to do better things.

    Sure he plays a wide variation of game genres but like someone posted before. If you played the same game for two years in a row you would get use to all the jump scares, know you way around the maps, know the locations of items and etc

    I like the Old Pewds and the New Pewds.
    In the end he is playing what we the audience may or may not enjoy.
    We all have our own views of humor and all have the types of games we like to enjoy watching or playing.

    Think of it like this.

    Felix is trying his best to please all the Bros who have subscribed to him and help him keep on doing what he enjoys doing.

    However not all of us like certain games he plays. Me in particular, i don't mind what he plays due to him making me laugh and i love playing all sorts of games.

    Just a shame some people thing he is getting worse when in fact he is trying his best to please not just a few thousand people like it use to be but 3 Million people and counting.

    You yourself have to admit doing the same crap constantly will eventually make those people who enjoyed your videos just leave and not look twice at you.

    Pewds is playing a lot of indie horror games and mods for other games.

    Seriously I can understand it if he's tired of Amnesia by now XD.

    The question is: What do you prefer? No new videos or videos from other game genres?

    I guess it's as simple as that.

  • Well, I am following Pewdie now for 2 years I think. I have seen a lot of various let's plays he did and I must say, that in my eyes he really havent changed to the worse.
    In fact he got better I think. I like that he isn't playing only horror games and Amnesia or happy wheels anymore and have wirdened his field. If you watch some of his Amnesia episodes which arent so old, you can see that the scares aren't this big anymore and that he just screamy loud for no reason. Pewdie is sometimes even scarier than the game itself. Pewdie is used to this horror games and so it was a good choice of him to play other games like he is doing now. I am actually really greatful that he is playing bully right now. Really funny XD
    Of course there are games I don't really liked him playing and didn't continue watching like Heavy Rain or Fahrenheit. Not so much of my genre. But hey, if you don't like what he plays right now then, nobody is forcing you to watch him. He is normally uploading 2-3 videos a day you can choose from and just think about that. This guy brought you so much fun, so much joy of making his videos, don't say he became worse just because he doesn't play the games from the beginning anymore or hasn't his old style anymore. People change. Nobody can stop that....and now if you excuse me..I think I forgot my pizza in the oven...

  • Hm yes pewdie has change in all theese years but you cant do same thing for so long, and i think it was time for him to change a bit yes. but sometime i wish he could play some games like amneisa. also this thing that he fake. maybe he does maybe not, but the people that watch him and gets happy from his videos and feel better inside. let them have that. pewdiepie is still a great youtuber. and its great that he change out horror for something else sometime. for the younger viewers.

  • Seriously why do I have to read all that strange stuff about how people would like him to play more Amnesia - what???? There are like a bizillions Let's Plays of this game on his channel, so what is the freakin problem??

    To my mind it is great that he always tries to do new things because this is the only thing that makes his channel autentic ! And I tell you why, because he plays games and anyone who is playing only Amnesia every day seems to have a problem to me. So obviously he tries out new games, just like any other Let's Player.
    So please finally stop asking him about more Slender and more Amnesie Videos, there are just soo many....

    Hey, I love your comment and all, but I just need to point one thing out; I don't think that kids, or people who aren't old enough to watch horror games (imo pretty young) would be able to watch him anyways. He has a lot of swearing, and mature themes in his vids.

    I know a lot of you bro's are upset that he has changed his format but I think it's a good change. I understand how hard it is to come up with entertaining things to play. It gets incredibly boring to the person trying to entertain people doing the same things over and over again. I still think Pewdiepie has kept his same comedic personality and that is is the most important part about him. He isn't trying to force anything new and is still the same Pewdie we all know and love. He still makes me laugh and that's all that matters. BRO FIST!

    I Reckon that he's getting more bro's, By putting more options of choice on he's youtube channel, Not everyone enjoys the horror games as much. I Mean a lot of people like plain comedy... And To be honest, He's cockyness is funny, Dont judge the non-horror games untill you've watched them, because they are funny! he could seriously get somewhere in life with a comedy career, He's a really nice guy bro... And I'm making a true and honest statement, I Hope pewdzz see's this, So he can explain it properly to you...
