Just a random thought that may be nice, fun, and productive to see what people can do. A thread could be made for VOTM each month, and people could post one video a month on the thread to be chosen by the judges(Whoever they may be. The judges would have to be people who don't have favorism, grudges, or are just assholes). A certain number of videos would be chosen by the judges, then the public in the forums would vote for their favorite video. Maybe the winner could get their video at the top of the thread, or something along the lines of that.
Just saying. But overall I think this sounds nice.
