Not really.

I went ahead and made a new [not-final at all] character sprite.

This gives me an idea of the game, basically.



Basically, the Stand sprite will bob up and down, like McPixel.

And the Jump would be so that the arms and legs stay like that when he jumps and go up, and the arms and legs reach forward when he comes down.

And then the Run would be like how we all run.



By the way, Misfit, how do you visualize the game as? A game like SuperBrothers : Sword and Sworcery ... or, like Super Meat Boy?

Superbros type would be easier and less painful to complete. :3

High quality sprites = Too much work on the spriter..

I could see Brand being volcano man if it were in 3D. But of course I suck at drawing, coding, and making "Calm ambiance" music. So I would be down to help with VA thanks to my voice shifting skill. And assist in design of the story, backstory, lore of enemies and environment, and basically anything that needs a writer.

Actually, i guess it'll be pretty awesome if that... thing.. follows you around. Like a castle crasher bubble pet.

so who will the bosses be? Iceberg Man, Earthquake man and Tornado Man? all of Volcano Mans brothers went bad so he must go and stop them from destroying the human race and the planet!? then the final boss is all 3 combined. (that actually sounds pretty good)
