Gosh, this is a hard question...
I think my all-time favorite would be Bioshock! I really liked the plot, and dystopian societies are always a plus.
Other than that, I really like Skyward Sword (so far, anyway- not done yet!), and Twilight Princess always has a special place in my heart. My first video game, haha. -
The Silent Hill franchise for me, hands down, though I also enjoy The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, Resident Evil, and Condemned: Criminal Origins (my favorite Xbox 360 game).
I guess I enjoy just about anything from my childhood, and also games under the horror genre.
Edit: Oh man and Minecraft and Team Fortress 2!

Assassin's Creeeeed, beautiful storyline as each and every game releases. And of course, Spyro. =D I still have Ripto's Rage like a baws. Too bad I can't save my game. -.-
