I believe... let him do what he wants. I love him. This doesn't change. But if he is getting tired then he should either go on some vacation or just stop posting videos so frequently. Or he could just reduce the editing he does cause we see that he does some pretty heavy editing in his vids. I don't think hiring someone will solve the problem. He's been doing things like this for quiet some time and hiring someone to do the job will just result in a video that he migh not be satisfied from.
