i just found this msi afterburner you can search it in google or YT for tutorial... and it says its free.. no watermark or limit time..

when i have that problem i just deleted the video.

use windows media video V11 and double click 3 mbps video then go to the top u will see 3 mbps video then change it to YT HD 720p or 1020p then go to the video tab then image size HD 1280 x 720 go to project tab then click video rendering quality then click best Hope it helps...
