How I would do it? Make sure you both have Skype. Both people having a headset microphone aswell, will improve the quality. Go into a Skype call, so the other person's voice should play through the computer's speakers. Then, record the computer speaker's audio, as you would normally. You may have to edit the sound of either your's or his voice depending on the volume, but mainly, that's how iv'e done it in the past

I use Camtasia studio for both my recording and editing now. I used to use fraps, and edit with movie maker, but I think Camtasia studio IS better than movie maker, if still being very basic. Camtasia studio is for me, very easy to pick up, and does what I personally need it to do, once I got used to it. That sounded a bit cardboardy and like I was trying to sell something, didn't it? Im not though, it is free for 30 days, so perhaps as a short-term solution it might be good.

My mental limit expanded when you had to make robot's, but for what it is, it could be funny as hell to watch!

Well, for one, Pewdiepie inspires me, I especially like his vlogs and the videos that just include his face, they just seem more personal and heartfelt to me.. A role model though? I remember having the first play station, and having demo's of games, but on disc's. A disc could contain 2-3 separate demo's of games, and I must of had at least 30 discs.. The only problem was, that the disc's weren't labelled, meaning that it took a while to find the game you wanted to play...

Looks cool, I personally like games like these, I find that indie developers make games that I enjoy more, and is totally not because my computer can't run big games... Not at all... I used to, but my Fraps broke (I don't know either o_0) So now I use Camtasia, which let's you record video and music, and then edit it after in the same program. It's easier to edit, but is probably not as good at video and audio recording... It's really up to what you like better, what you find easier and what you have. Both ways have different editing paths and ways, and both have pro's and con's..

How do they get to the top? They enjoy what they do, and you can see that in them. I personally am happy with what views I get, and I've made a few friends since starting it, so all's good. Doing a video with another channel that is your sort of level (subs and views) can also help a bit
