Nope, they are actually 2 different games. Amnesia the dark descent was placed in the medieval times or renissance ( I do not know which one) somewhere in Europe. While, Amnesia A Machine For Pigs was placed in the 1800s in mexico. There are diffrent main protagonists in each game ( Amnesia DD: Daniel, Amnesia A M F P: Oswald). There are diffrent monsters as well. The only things they both have the same is the gameplay mechanics and some modeled objects.

Outlast may have the better "graphics" but, I prefer Amnesia's gameplay even more. The Amnesia series started PewDiePie's channel and made it a big hit. It's basically like a classic of bro culture. I also prefer Amnesia A Machine For Pigs because I love it when PewDiePie releases his creativity and brings abiotic objects to life (it's something unique about PewDiePie compared to other plain lets players). To make it a good horror, make sure the monster is no slender man -like being...Slender man is the most MAINSTREAM, GENERIC, STUPID, excuse for a monster. Personally, a good type for monster/ hostile in a horror game is a monster that has that creepy "look". I don't think you should make the monster overly-mutated because it usually makes the monster a lot less creepier. Make the monsters just have a little bit of a deformed look...Monsters that creep me the heck out usually have no eye sockets.…

I say you diss those "friends" who call you a freak, or atleast ask them of what's is going on...They aren't your real friends if they act like jerks or dont tell you of what's happening. But don't worry, you got the Bros with you.

There is many reasons why and to start it off, I think the music is beautiful and PewDiePie respects good music. It's also fun to mess around with the various toys. (He can make more trademarks with em). Also the art style is FANTASTIC.
