Shi check out my EDIT and tell me if the TGN thing is true because I know you are actually in TGN. You don't have to go into specifics obviously but there seems to be a reason for worry when joining TGN.

You will have more luck by making a channel for yourself and allowing people who come to this thread to see what you are capable of. Remember that people will need to "risk" time and effort to help you pull it off and if you aren't up to snuff then why would people want to do it? Heck you don't even need to edit your videos to show some commentary and gameplay, just use Movie Maker which comes on your computer for free. It is simple drag and dropping.

You will find that FRAPS and Bandicam are the best to use for capturing PC game footage. Bandicam also uses less CPU and makes smaller files. I have also found the Bandicam can record some older games unlike FRAPS such as Judge Dredd: Dredd vs Death. So really Bandicam is the preferred choice.
