Depends how old your computer is and dust can really clog up your machine's parts and cause very quick overheating, I know my laptop for one often fails about half way through rendering a 25 minute Let's Play video if I'm doing too much at once (internet, skype, etc.) It could be worth (if you know how) taking your case off and carefully dusting it out, it can do a world of good!

Everyone seems to be suggesting a really expensive microphone... all I ever use is a cheap, shitty little 99p one from ebay but I have a £10 pop filter (very similar to Pewdiepie's) and then I edit out any imperfections with a free piece of software called audacity :p unless you're a top end youtuber don't spend ridiculous sums of money on equipment you don't need!

The world's obsession with Slender Man is growing out of control... I have friends that want to borrow my suit, go in a forest at night and film an IRL Slender game with me.
