Itdepends on the situation. If the situation makes me very sad or pissed, i TRY to ignore it and push it down. that is kinda what i have done in my whole life. pushing down the things that have made me sad pissed of, depressing what ever. it happens that i talk to my cousin. or friends. but that is special if i talk with them about that. i try to think about them first. that is how i am. i just listen to music and try to calm my self down if i get angry or something.
