Use thje preset "Sony Vegas/ Adobe Premiere" for Bandicam. That would help a lot.

You just said it. Not able to record at perfect quality. Desktop components>Laptop. I think laptop specs are a bit degraded than desktop. And what can you play on that specs? Given that it's so old, you have to eventually upgrade on a PC.

You need to have this minimum specs before considering to make videos: At least a dual core CPU i3-2100 is the minimum for me.(Intel) or Phenom X4 955BE (Quad Core, AMD) 8GB ram. (4GB would suffice though) 20" Monitor (My own preference. A monitor that can record at least 1280x720.) A good gpu. AMD Radeon HD 6850/7770 or GTX 650/560/560Ti A good microphone. RPM = Fast and Reliable TGN = Good but not that good. It's just my preference. But they pay higher though. I got $76 even though they cut i70% out of it. While on RPM, I only $73 even though they only get %40. But they will give you the money faster unlike TGN, it takes quite a while. And they are damn slow!

Naruto Shippuden is an ongoing anime. Thus it takes a lot of risk to upload it online. Been a mixer before and it didn't go so well. Trust me. Naruto Shippuden is COMMERCIAL, you do not own it. It's copyright. Just in case you don't know, you can either mirrored your footage so it takes a lot more harder to take it down.(in my opinion) or just don't upload anime music video anymore.
