Aaah, sports screw-ups; the source of rage, parody, and wrongfully lost bets. The recent kerfuffle with the NFL's replacement referees is one such example, and though the veteran refs are being brought back- with their negotiations going surpriiisingly smoothly after the Green Bay/Seattle incident, I'm the sort of crusty journalist who beats a dead horse. Figuratively. Of course.

Also, it's a sign how Canadian I am that it was REALLY hard not to say NHL every single friggin time.
