No one has asked, but what engine will you be using? One does not simply create a game without saying what engine he will be using. I have 4 years of experience with Source SDK for the Source Engine.

Also will you be coding the game by your self?
I could help out with the animations for characters and things
But I CANNOT 3D model worth a shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit when it comes to human models, so I just use a base mesh for the Human models in S.H.H
I would suggest using Blender as a 3D modeling program if you'll be modeling everything, or Sculptris, but it's kind of hard to get used to
EDIT:If you read that thing about Monster before I couldn't figure out what you were talking about, but I figured it out :P, I would like to know which engine you'd be using tho, I use Blenders engine and it work pretty dang well for just about anything, but it does have a few lag issues, Unity 3D is GREAT but IDK how to use it since I can't code to save my life -

Mate, i'm a game designer and it would be awesome to help you since i have experience on Art Concept, and Character modeling, rigging, unwrapping and animation on softwares like maya autodesk and zbrush, and animation on motion builder ofc xD
So, let's change more ideas, let's talk more about the project, try to post here some concepts of your own so we can see better what you are thinking exactly oka?

I have one already done if he would like to modify it and use it -
Well, for one thing, don't over-do the jump scares bit.
Make it so that the player will feel he is inside the game environment.
Creepy atmosphere, good BGM and a nice story would help.
The player should be left wanting to play more whenever he/she closes the game.
That said, good luck with the game. Can't wait to play the hell out of it.

I could make the 3D animations :).
The character delevoper gives me that model,
then I will animate.
I don't really know how to make 3D characters.
But I can 3D Animate and 2D animate.
I already animate 1/2 years.
My 2D animations are not good, but 3D.. If I make it 3D..
A legendary animation.. (lol).
My youtube channel is "JohnOrso1".
I don't have 3D animations uploaded there right now,
but feel free to trust me.
And I can make th 3D scene's too.
(If you hear my voice at my LP's, that is changed by Audacity xD).
