    Okay, this is going to be a really honest post... hopefully I won't get trouble for it as I will mention things I've done today. That are illegal.

    Well... Vegas Pro... I kind of acquired it without paying today. Twice. I know. But guess what? It didn't work and I'm just SO very over that right now after Norton almost locked down my computer for lolz as it likes to do that... and even the "working" one didn't open my files. So doing things like that are not my thing, I want things that work and are legal. Lesson learned.

    There MUST be free programs out there where you can edit videos with (that aren't Windows Movie Maker...) and I even figured out how to record facecam - but what program will have the feature to combine them? D:

    Guise, come on... ;(

  • Use Windows Movie Maker for facecam thing; pewdie uses that + fraps if I'm not wrong. Instead of fraps however you can go for bandicam; it's the best free alternative (it just has a watermark at the top with the bandicam website; the only major downside to the free bandicam version). ^^

    EDIT: Forgot to mention about an editing software. I don't know about that. As I used Windows Movie Maker. For Editing as well. ;(

    WMM Really is your best bet for now until you can also PAY for Vegas. Or until you get rid of norton. Whichever comes first.

    Oh I forgot to mention I do have a proper Bandicam! :thumbsup: ...I'm poking Windows Movie Maker as we speak and I can't see how you can combine facecam .avi and the game video... and it is kind of horrible to save with that program as it turns 1gb files into 5gb files.

    Pewdie doesn't use Windows Movie Maker for Cam anymore. He uses the built in program for his Webcam.
    And the paid version of Bandicam is a lot better than Fraps.

    Honestly I would recomend putting in a little bit of money if Pirating isn't your thing.
    What you could do is use to Bandicam to record and record your face using the program your webcam came with. Record them both at the same time and combain it using an editing software... The best stuff is going to cost you money.

    Editing Software:
    Adobe Premiere Elements 10
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    Sony Vegas.

    The best thing I like about Bandicam is that it doesn't take up much CPU at all. It is also very simple to use. Fraps has high file sizes and takes up more CPU. I have also tried A LOT of free screen recorders. They all have the same CPU issue. And if you are going to be running the Game, Your Webcam and Screen Recording at the same time, it is best to use things that won't make your computer run slow. Or else your game will start glitching. ^^
