No, no, no, so many of you are missing the point. It's not "just another Slender game". It's a full commercial game done properly. Slender was nothing more than an experiment. It's popularity was unintentional, and the countless rip-offs were the price to pay.

This is going to be so much more than simply "run around, collect shizz while something pops up behind you". I don't know how exactly it's going to work, but as I said before, it'll probably be more like Alan Wake or Amnesia than the original Slender. Quite frankly, for the effort he's putting into it alone he deserves to put a price on it. I know for a fact I would, and so would any of you. It's not just an experiment anymore, it's the real thing.

      Well maybe your right.....

but if your right or wrong...

Don't take life too seriously. You'll never escape it alive anyway.
    • If you were me bros, I'd not judge this completely by its cover. Wait until you see what the game is about before you make these judgments. Who knows? Maybe the game will be great? Yeah I'm sure, it being a Slender game, it will have the same main plot, but I'm sure it's not going to be as simple as the original
      Hows it goin' bros c:?

Why isnt there a slender game where I kill slenderman's fans and those who just relase slender games that are always the same except in a diffrent setting.
There's only two Slender games. Slender, the original by AgentParsec which was nothing more than a test to see if the idea worked, and Slenderman's Shadow, which was a total rip-off of Slender which AgentParsec (and every real fan of Slender, for that matter) despises because of it. They release loads of crappy maps for profit, despite the fact that the game is nothing more than a cheap rip-off, and not even one that was done well.

Really, you should just disregard Slenderman's Shadow when thinking about Slender games in the same way you'd disregard a Zelda fan-game made by an Indie game programmer who really likes the series. You wouldn't suddenly hate on new Zelda games because of a few fan versions, would you? This is basically the same thing, the only difference being Zelda fan games are somewhat encouraged, while AgentParsec was never asked for permission before Slenderman's Shadow was made.

Don't judge this before you've seen it, as FrozenWaffles said up there. This is the real deal, and should be the be-all-and-end-all of what we think of Slender games.
    • The HD attracted me .. And I can't wait to see what happens when he gets you xD.

There are pro's and cons to this.
      -Slightly Annoying, and Overplyed/Over-rated.

-Attracts YouTubers and supplies halarious reactions.

But it's been mentioned aleady lol, It's only a matter of opinion.

ANOTHER slender knock-off AND it's not free... THE RAPTURE DOESN'T END!!
its not a knock off it is by the original makers just a 2nd game

Others have said this, but a lot of people just seem to ignore this and jump to the conclusion that it's a knock off. Despite the fact the OP said it's by Parsec Productions. Because, why get more info when you can use the game as an excuse to rage about how Slender Man has been oversaturised.

By the way, I don't get why people are saying the games and the memes are making Slender Man less scary. I'm sure many fans laugh at some Slender Memes, and still find stuff like Marble Hornets scary.
