Trying to learn guitar?

I know this is completely unrelated to Pewdiepie, or gaming. Please don't kill me.

So I've wanted to learn guitar for ages. Then I finally got an acoustic guitar. But my problem is that I cannot afford Guitar lessons right now. So what I'm asking is whenever anyone knows some reliable lessons on youtube or some other website free. Please help. Thanks.

I just used this place for tuning my guitar, I learned on my own mostly. I have a thing for music though, so I can pick up on things pretty quick.

Your lucky that you can learn quickly! I'm a slow learner, but I love music very, very much, so I won't give up playing it! XD

Yeah, I love music alot, but competitive play is where my hearts at.

It doesn't hurt to ask people you know also, they might have played guitar before or know someone.

I know a lot of people who know guitar, but none of them have time to teach me.... XD

And good luck with the competitive play. I heard it's pretty hard to get a descent place in this industry at the moment, but I'm sure you can do it!

You can look up Chords. Lolz They tell you how to finger the guitar chords

if ur learing guitar, try using 'the website that i used, ive been playing guitar for 4 years, when i started off i used a website called - UltimateGuitar.com

i found it of great use, wehen learnign start off with some basic songs, mainly either ones that use, fingerpicking techniques, or only consist of a variation of a few chords only, make sure u practice the chords
so u cant afford lessons at the moment IP i may even be able to help u along, with free lessons

I'll be learning to play guitar at some point soon but I'm going to home teach myself as I can never concentrate long enough with guitar lessons

Wow~~!!! Thank you a LOT for all those links! I shall check them ALL out, as I progress with the guitar!!!! Your amazing for giving me all those links!!! XD Now I know who to ask something if I'm in trouble with the guitar! XD I'm sure that I will be able to master the guitar with all the help I was given at this forum!
