Good luck on it. It may take quite a while for a partnership to come up depending on how many views you bring in a day. Unless you get lucky, it may take some time. Just keep making videos. And don't make a partnership your main objective. Start of your channel as something fun. Once you start getting a good amount of views a day, then you are good to start looking into a partnership.
Subs mean nothing. You can have 300 subs but have like no views on your videos. The view count is what matters.
