  • Help With Recording Commentary?

So, in my Pokemon videos that I've uploaded, I just used my Sound Recorder to do the commentary. But, when I use the sound recorder for Amnesia, which I'm trying to film, the background music drowns out my voice. So, I attempted to use Audacity, but when using that, the commentary either gets drowned out, or, for some odd reason, my voice is just replaced by this weird "TCH" sound. Could anyone help me out with getting some good commentary audio quality, that isn't drowned out or replaced by random noises? Dx
Just want to say 1 thing - Anyone who is an old fan of HU (Hollywood Undead) like me, I would like you to read this - don't diss Daniel, Deuce's replacement. He didn't steal Deuce's spot, nor was Deuce kicked out. He left because Johnny 3 Tears was taking credit for the songs he wrote. Danny's just the guy they brought in to replace him. f you want to blame someone for the massive feud between HU and 9 Lives, blame J3T...even though he's the awesomest one of them all.
  • Thanks! I'll try that for my next video and see if it works better than Audacity! :)

  • First of all. Use fraps to record both voice and sound. I know how much it sucks for your voice to be overlayed by the game sound. So now, when I record I first go in the game settings to lower the sound, you have that in Amnesia too. I reccommand lower the sound to 1, it`s the best combination and you can still hear the game sounds and your voice loud.

If the game has no sound settings, just press the windows button while the game is on, and right click the speakers icon on your taskbar, go to Open Volume Mixer and find your game there and lower it`s sound.

    Hope you understood.
  • Used Bandicam this time for my Slender video, and also lowered the game sound, and the commentary audio's a bit better! Thank you all for the help! :)
