Help with Amnesia!!!!!

I'm having a problem with amnesia, I'm getting a black screen when I start playing, but sounds and subtitles work. I've heard it was something with the drivers. I have intel AND Nvidia and don't know how to use Amnesia using Nvidia graphics card or w/e. please help!!! I want to play it for a let's play

There are 2 possibilities:
1. Your PC spec is below the minimum requirement
2. Your graphic card driver is outdated, you need to download the newest driver version of your VGA

If your driver being outdated is the problem, you can find the newest NVIDIA drivers here:

Unless you can get it so that you are using your NVIDIA graphics card, you most likely won't be able to play the game. Intel integrated graphics don't work right with amnesia mostly.

But how was I able to play the demo version of Amnesia?

When I tried to update my Nvidia driver just from going to it and making it look for an update, I went to the nvidia website and manually looked for the updated driver. And then I went to my nvidia control panel and somewhere in there let's you pick which application you want the nvidia graphics card used for.
