Yo. I dunno how many of you really like this genre but eh I do. Lately I've been playing a lot indie ones since my systems aren't currently working. Here are a few.

Starless Umbra - A cross between Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy, and Chrono Trigger (basically) that has been in development by dragonheartman for the past 8 years. Yeah I know, that's a long time but hey he's doing well with it.

Next are some from icugigasoft.
Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages and Zelda: Courage, Power and Wisdom.
The first obviously has more to pull from since there are so many Mario rpgs and you'll see a lot from the various games, though I admit that I miss a few things.
The second one is definitely a new touch that I wasn't expecting. I thought they'd just go for another adventure title. I've actually just started it since I beat Seven Sages yesterday but it looks good so far.
