We're sorry about the inconvenience caused by these sort of things, but unfortunately we have to wait for Bukkit to update their software too. You can check their update status here: bukkit.org/. Due to many changes in this release it might take a while.

Are you talking about the Project Pew's MC server? If so then yes, it will be updated soon but not within the hour unless somebody is online right now updating it.

Before someone updates it, it should have to go offline and boot back up then you should be able to join. In the meantime, go out and get some snacks or watch some Pewdie or play happy wheels :3
