I think i got sleeping problems..

I can't fall asleep and leave this page..It's probably caused by my depression and lonelyness..I want to talk to Br00tal and all my other Bros...Not sleep

Any tips/Tricks to fall asleep

You can always play game to make you sleepy.:) or watch movie. How about listening to music.:)

I have sleeping problems too, and im not really sure what to do about it x)
Just try to relax and listen to some music you like, also put your computer off i know it's hard but you gotta do it :c

I have a sleeping problem... I slept around 7 in the morning. Sometimes I don't sleep.

sometimes i take sleeping pills. but sometimes its not effective. so i still sleep late.

Most of those things are hard, Movies because..Well my parents like to sleep too (I still got bedtime <3)

Oh..The cause might be that i drink 3 energys a day (One at 10pm too xD)
