I'm trying to think of landmarks that I could remember so I can point out where I could go back, but it's hopeless, it was too dark, there weren't any lights. I just hope Alex and Anna are safe, that's all what matters, but I only have supply's to last maybe 2 days. I just hope it gets lighter soon so I can try to find my way back.
As I walk trough the city, I find an old shack, I walk towards it, hoping it will provide enough shelter for the rest of the night. I look inside, it was dark. but it was empty, I walked inside and looking around with my flashlight on. I found some plates, a couch and a small kitchen, it wasn't much but It was enough for the night. I looked to the wall, there was a closet, I opened it and searched for usefull stuff.
I freezed instantly. I saw a portable radio. This might be my only chance to reach the house. It worked! I remembered the radio frequency from the house, I tried it and said the following words:
"Dear anybody! If you reach this, don't worry, I'm oke, I went outside looking for Anna, I hope they got back. I don't know where I am, but DON'T come looking for me, stay where you are and I'll be home tomorrow."
It was weird to say home, but it felt good, it was home, finally. I should broadcast a message once in a while so that there is a higher chance that someone hears it.
