I look over to Kira and laugh.

'FRIENDLY MUSHROOM! I always did love Avatar Legend of Aang', I laughed.

"Gonzo, why do you have that lab card?"

I didn't care about the mushroom when I saw james' card.

"are you involved in this?!"

Kira why dont you go find out?

"I hope we could get our last airbender to destroy these zombies..." I sighed. I too had been a fan of The Last Airbender. "But for that nice little explosion..." I grabbed a glass and filled it with wine. "Cheers for this little mushroom cloud of destruction and death", I said and emptied my glass into my mouth.

I looked over at Gonzo, then back to the others.

'I was involved, well, at least my parents were', I got out my parents notebook from my bag.

'Only Julien knew about this. And he was right when he said that even if we did have the formula to reverse this, there would be no way to develop a cure. We have such little knowledge about this... I can't understand half of the stuff in this thing. That's why I didn't tell. I felt guilty, but. If you think about this logically, we couldn't do anything with this piece of crap anyway', I said, tossing it back onto my seat.

"even if there was a cure, if you're not willing to raise the effort to kill all the zombies, then how you gonna raise the effort cure them?"

* after hearing about a cure,i look down to hide my eyes filled with rage and my fists start shaking* so your saying my brother could have been saved?!?

'Kira, if we were living in a world where we could predict the future of medicine, yes, your brother could've have been saved, but we don't, so he couldn't and neither could my brother. I'm sorry, but that's just something we're gonna have to live with for the rest of our lives. Will, we won't be able to cure the walkers, they're just... Soul-less flesh, walking the earth; eating and eating and eating. We can't bring them back. Those friends, those family members we had to kill WEREN'T out friends and family. They were just bodies...'

I put my hand to my forehead and sighed.

'I don't want to be harsh... But when are people going to realise that they can't make emotional attachments to these.. These THINGS. I didn't kill my brother. If he was my brother still, he would have fought by my side and helped me, not try to dig his teeth into my wind-pipe. I learnt that the hard way and the sooner she learns to accept that, the sooner EVERYONE learns to accept that, we can move on from the past that ruined this world. We should be focused on the living, and surviving, not the dead and long gone.'

I was so pissed, and I didn't know why. People just weren't getting it.. I grabbed a cup and filled it with wine and swigged it down.
