Zombie Apocalypse (roleplay)

*runs towards the broken window, gets behind it and crouches down, reloading his shotgun*

Come here, Joker, I'll cover you!

*starts shooting more zombies*

EDIT: Disregard the post above, Joker was quicker than me in posting.

*ducks and runs backwards using the last of the ammo in her magnums to shoot the remaining zombies with help from best, she then proceeds to jump through the window into the hotel*

All right, what now, Gonzo? The zombies don't seem to pose a threat anymore now that we've slaughtered 3/4 of the horde. What are we looking for here, anyways?

yeh, why are we here? we better have not just went through the biggest zombie horde we've ever seen for nothing, or otherwise i'll have to put a hole in you head.
*realoads ammo and chucks ammo to gonzo and best*
just incase we encounter unwanted visitors guys.
please, only call me joker if we need code names, otherwise, call me anna, what can i call you two?

*reloads his shotgun with the ammo Anna tossed, and puts the rest of his ammo in his backpack*

*goes outside, sneaking, taking his AK47 and coming back safely*

*reloads his AK47 and puts it on his back, while holding his shotgun in his hands, guarding the window*

Also, Anna, do you have some food or anything? I have some water in my backpack.

*takes one of his 5 liter bottle and puts it on the ground, along with some plastic glasses*

*takes three glasses and pours water into each, taking one and drinking it all*

"Well, we're here because I found an audio tape which mentioned something about an underground lab beneath this building, and about my name..."

"It's kind of a blur, really. The audio tape did also say something about "Private Gonzo" being captured and sent to the lab, that might be me."

"Anyways, let's check the basement, we might find an entrance to the lab there!"

*Everyone goes down to the basement and we search everywhere, I then find a keypad but I don't know the combination. But just at that moment, a loud voice in my head goes "5, 8, 8, 2, 1."*

"Agh! What was that...?"

What, Gonzo? Anything wrong?

*has an increased Awareness*

I don't like this place either, Gonzo.. Let's just find what we're here for and get out, ASAP.

*Enters the code, a hidden door opens*

"Woah! Guess I was right. Wanna investigate the lab or leave it for today?"

Well, it's daylight, and I don't want to hang around here anymore, so let's just investigate and go back to meet up with the rest...

By the way, who were the others in your group?

"Can't remember. As I said, everything's a blur."

*We enter the lab, the elevator/lift is out of order, there are also sounds coming from downstairs.*

"Let's explore this floor first, it's probably safer than down there."

oh well- just make sure we get in and out asap. i have a feeling we're being watched.

Knocks on windows and doors trying to get a respond, while my leg is broken.

Can I join? Is there any sort of character sheet I need to post, or can I just jump straight in once I've been given the ok?

Anyways:

*Searches a room, and finds a note*

Note reads: "The early stages of the parasite have been going well so far, I just hope no one tries to release it unless it's an order from the administrator or Gonzo..."

*Drops note, hands are shaking violently, terrified look on face*

Could you at least tell me where the group is? From the last few pages it seems like you are in some sort of secret facility, but I'm not sure. If you could just tell me, I could have my character enter because he heard gunshots while he was walking otuside.

Alright, we three (or four) are in a secret lab underneath a hotel, the rest are in an Army base filled with zombies.
