One of mine was while playing project zero 2 (also known as fatal frame 2). I was near the beginning and a really scary ghost crawled out of a box when I completely wasn't expecting it. It wasn't my first playthrough so I was really freaked out o.o

Don't remember the exact moment, but I remember a game called Clock Tower from when I was younger.
The guy comes out of NOWHERE with these big shears (scissors) and chases you down, trying to chop off your head.

It scared the balls off of me when I was young, man.

Since I'm much of a sissy girl, when I was playing Exmortis, the whole experience was... Pretty disturbing. Also when PewDie screams Barrels -.-".

Mine was when I played Slender for the first time. picked up 6 pages easily and was just walking along minding my own business when freakin slender man stopped me and got me. Scared me

It was definitely in Slender.
Played it while my relative was recording me.
(Just for fun, in Estonian, not going to upload anywhere).

I have already been to the containers.
Walked around the forest and BAM! containers again.
I stopped, said: CONTAINERS, AGAIN :S.
Slenderman just turned me around and killed me.

White day , A labyrinth called school : Saw a vague figure in the distance while I was picking some things up. Looked like it was getting closer and I was interested in it and walked to it. It suddenly rushed into me damaging my health and a silly girly laughter came afterwards.

Cry of Fear : That woman screaming when you approach the door to exit the appartment. The headscare wasn't that scary since it was really expected due to the large corridor.

The most recent one got me while playing Condemned, when you climb over a fence and then knocked down an escalator, I squealed, threw my headphones off and then fear quit. The most embarrassing part is I was in an Xbox Live Party and my friends heard my freak out. Definitely not my finest moment.

In BioShock 2, when the Splicers like sneak behind you, and you turn around. That scared me, A LOT.

hmmm i didn't played alot of horror games. so its probably amnesia main campaign. remember the storage room bro? yeah that ones waiting for you behind the door. i already picked up those red & blue tubes and i decided to went back to the machine room. he chased me, everything was normal. i looked back and he's.. pretty far behind. but when i looked forward.. and there he is. standing like a goddamned gargoyle right infront of me. I didn't have any ideas that there was two of them! failed to muffle my scream i scream like a little girl. a little.. girl..

In Bioshock 2 where i thought that a guy was dead and then he stand's up and scares the f**k out of me

In the game there were a long and dark corridor , at the end of him , we saw a little girl with the red skirt ... 1h trying to press the w button and move , nothing ! Impossible , finally we exit the game with windows button XD

I have had many scary moments while playing video games... so I will just go with my most recent one.

3:00am of last night I was playing L4D2 on the xbox 360 with my friend. Ok so we had just finished killing a Tank, when I got stuck on a wall thing... when I finally got unstuck I turned around and all I could see was the Tanks face. It was a split second of horror. I dropped my controler while my friend laughed at me xD
