    • I do not own a current channel but I have the following tips.

1.) Be original - This is very important if you want to get many viewers and will reduce the incoming flaming from butthurt people.

2.) Make sure that your LP's are of good quality - In multiple ways , should be a high resolution and must be actually fun to enjoy , be sure to keep things dynamic and don't overreact to things.

3.) Patience - Ofcourse you will not be gaining much viewers at the start but this will slowly increase if you have patience and don't rush things.

4.) Make your tags relevant - Tags allow your videos to be searched with specific tags. which make them popup at some keywords.

5.) Keep in touch with your fanbase - People love interactivity , this might not work at the beginning , but if you have some active subs/watchers , feel free to open polls about their opinion and stuff.

6.) Do not push people excessively - Don't ask people multiple times to subscribe and like and leave a comment and start , some people might be irritated about this.

7.) Make your goals realistic - Don't set your goal on becoming youtube partner/being the next Pewdiepie. Start small and be realistic! not only this gives you a rewarding feeling , you can actually see that you make progress in the meanwhile.

and my last and possible most handy tip.

8.) HAVE FUN - Make LP's because you love doing it and not as stated above to become a youtube partner etc. , those are just extra's you can get on the way and you should actually only make LP's if you are enjoying it yourself and love to entertain some people and most importantly yourself (don't be sad if you don't get the views right away also.)

I hope the following tips will help you with your channel . Also , Post your channel in the proper section with the proper information needed with the template if you want to advertise your youtube channel.

    • Gonna have to agree with the whole thing on "Don't do it for the views". Really, record and do LPs because you have fun doing it. Have fun, be yourself, act as if whoever is watching you is a good friend and your just sitting and talking to them while you play or trying to entertain them.
    • I recently started my LP series over on my main channel (I used to have a separate one just for LP's), so I'm trying to make my way back into the hobby of playing for entertainment purposes.

I would suggest having fun with it.
Don't expect things out of your viewers, let them LIKE and COMMENT on their own if they like your style.
Speak clearly and try to have a good microphone if you can help it. Some people mumble and are so hard to understand, it turns me off of their videos immediately.
Don't imitate other Let's Play Youtube personalities. I've seen a lot of people try to be the next Tobuscus or Pewdie by acting EXACTLY like them, and it just doesn't flow right.
Be yourself, talk in your own voice (it's okay to act silly, just don't try to imitate).

My advice would be to start slow...
In other words, upload a small amount of videos per week at first. Let's say two or three.
Let your viewers get anxious for the next part of the series.
Don't overload them with four videos a day, because they'll get overburdened with it.

Once you gain a fanbase and the demand gets higher for more videos, then I'd expand it to an episode per day.
      Good things come in moderation.

Most of all, have fun! Don't be shy, and don't listen to all the trolls who will sometimes say bad things. :D
