3: Underline or Bold what you inserted.
4: Underline or Italicize what you replaced.
5: Cross out the deleted word, or just remove the word.
6: Changing the punctuation is not considered Inserting, Replacing, or Deleting a word. You can change it depending on the tone of the sentence.
