[HORROR] Hidden In The Shadows (Indie game created by me for PewDiePie)

  • The Huge-a$$ door (lol) is the palace door, I think.
    When you go outside there are 2 way: one at the right and one at the bottom of the screen.

    I cannot find the bookmark! i have checked every bookshelf and I'm so lost! please help ;(

    The Bookmark is in the bedroom in the castle, is on a table near the bed ;)

    So these two equal numbers have the same color, right? Then that means one color doesn't exist in the combination.

    Is here another hint? If I still can't make it, I'll send you a pm :pinch:

    Uhm... no, same numbers don't have same colors.
    I'll give you another hint: there are 5 panel, each of these must have a different color (no color is repeated).
    The numerical combination is directly connected to all the colors, digit by digit.
    Then it's up to you to find out what a digit indicates (look carefully at the colored stripes)!

    I know, that puzzle is the most difficult xD

  • I already looked at the stripes many times, counted the colors and... I still don't get it 8|

    I see, here are 30 total number and 30 stripes (9x purple, 8x dark/light blue, 4x yellow, 1x green).. umm, is that important? Perhaps maths is needed? If none of this is right, I'll give up :D I don't think I can make this

    Yes, the number of stripes is important, but no maths is needed :P
    ... 30 total number... what? if you mean combination with digits you are on a wrong way because the there are only 2 possible combination with the numbers!

    English isn't my first language, so no idea how to explain it. I mean like this:
    8+6+8+1+7 = 30. But whatever, it's maths.

    I hope you'll make more games. I love this game :love: Yesterday I have noticed that here are some bugs. After save and load I could take matches & key from the same place again. I don't think that it's intended.

    for the bug I know there is, maybe I've solved it in the next version but I haven't relased it because it's not tested yet.

    i cant figure out how to use the bookmark to get the code for the library( i think thats the rooms name) i really like this game but im stuck on this part and have been working on it for a while. please help me with this part. :) :D

    But I don't understand why you couldn't make the video fullscreen? when you recording select only the center area, other is not needed :)

  • Hey CPsoft, for the life of me I cannot figure out that colour/numeric puzzle, I read through the posts on in this thread and still could not get it, would you mind PMing me some help or more direction? Thanks for your time!
