I Agree. And Thank you Inzulin :). I think it would be a good idea. I mean there are forums like the Admin said but something with real time like the shoutbox like a chatroom would be more useful than a forum posting.

Well i mean it may not seem like problem but i bet if you asked this question, "Should there be designated RP section on the site?" to people who aren't admins, just regular members who seem to rp a lot, i bet they would say yes to it.

Not trying to hate bros, but I must say that as an avid rper I'd be careful with an RP section. Who would mod it to ensure no mary-sues? Cause you know the temptation is there. Plus you'd have to at the most keep it PG-13 because of all the minors on the site. I would recommend making an off site forum to do it there and share links.
