    • I accidentally uninstalled my game I then installed it back and my account (room) is not there I had to create another one I tried to do the link the old device and new device I don't know what I did wrong I've reached out to outerminds I know that they're busy but I'm leaving for the weekend and I wanted to play my game I cannot find my old room. I attached pictures from what it was when my name was MammaT to what it looks like now as MammaTrisha idk what to do. Can you please help or poor me in the right direction? Thank you so much

    • Well sometimes when I watch an ad for a boost (views, shipping, new quest etc..) it takes me to a black play button with a green triangle in the middle, it doesn't show me the ad and there's no "X" to get out of there so I need to close the game and restart.
      My theory is that there's no ad to show (I guess) or it doesn't show me the ad (sometimes) I have good wifi, I have created an account correctly btw.

      Everytime my friend tries to add me, he adds another player with an identical nickname with mine and it's not me.
      Below are the screenshot of my account and the screenshot of player's room who has an identical nickname with mine.
      Our nickname is "Ab".

    • I am having an issue with the desk and monitor. They just dissapeared. The whole room dissapeared but I somehow got the walls and floor back. Anyways. I don't know whats the probelm with this. Outerminds told me on Twitter to update to the latest version, but I already done that and it didn't help.
      Please help.

    • Just received a gift from one of my followers. The gift ended up being Edgar, thus giving me a second Edgar. (I had already purchased the only one available since it goes out of stock when you buy it) And when I try to place it down it just won't let me place it down, just click on the second edgar and nothing happens.

      It gave me the xp for it and everything.

    • Is this a glitch? Literally all of my walls are gone as well as monitors and floors. I tried reinstalling the game even linking to another device, switching rooms but nothing works. Does anyone know what is going on? I can even move my character... username: Lovro
