Ok so, this doesn't really have anything to do with gaming, but I really need some help.
My wtsapi32.dll was corrupted by a trojan virus and my malware scanner dumped it into the recycling bin after using junk cleaner to clean out my system.
It cleaned my recycle bin and I can't open it to restore my file. I've also tried shadowexplorer to get my file back, I can't export it.
I can open system restore through my command prompt, but my system restore won't finish itself. It will just error out.
I've tried almost everything.. and I really need to get that file back. Please help.
