hello i want to do the new comp and i used word but i think i have to use photoshop. 2 things, 1 how do i download it and 2 can i use word or is there a way i can post my pic???

Ok I see you are like a bit confused about submit your content in the threads so I will try to explain to you how to correctly do an image submit in a few simple steps :
1- create your stuff and locate it on your pc
2- go to the thread where you want to submit
3- click REPLY > click ATTACHMENTS > (find your stuff on your pc [might be less than 1MB in size {I recommend you to use around 800KB}]) > Click thumbnail after the stuff has uploaded
4- You r Done
5- click SUBMITI pretty much like this forum like website stuff ~

If you are using it on a phone, that's probably the problem. See if you can get it onto a computer and save it as a JPEG file
