that I want him to play..
but I don't know how to reach him..

Any suggestions on how to make contact with Pewdipie?
Not living in Europe or US btw...

Here, on the forums. There's a section called Suggestions where you can make a suggestion as long as it follows the guidelines.

I am aware of the history of PewDiePie and changing places to live, because of "fans", but can't I just send it to his agent and it would be delivered to PewDiePie?
