Cant get garys dark secret working on amnesia dark decent

Well i seem to have a problem i followed the notes i had retail version and i drag the files to the place it told me to put it and it says im missing GDC when its there untill i click skip its gone the it says its missing gary_monlog and its there and i click skip and its gone i click try again and it does nothing so after that i click the gary.bat file and it loads the CMD for 1 second then it shuts down and does nothing can anyone help me i really want to try this out but i dont know what i did wrong i have the 1.2 update already but i dont know why it wont work can someone who knows how to do this help me please

If it won't work even after 1.2. Reinstall your game, reinstall patch. Then install Gary again.

Ok i created a shortcut too desktop with the Gary.bat i changed it to run as administer and i get a box thats says
"could not load main init file: C:\users\...\Desktop\Gary.bat

A little help would be good it feels like im a step closer on getting it to work i
