I like playing as the soldier and vanguard. It is mostly cause I tend to forget about my powers and just shoot everyone.

I like soldier too, the biotic powers were really awesome too though

I like the Vanguard most because it's so up-close and personal. Otherwise its the common soldier that is usually play.

If I had to choose then it would be the Infiltrator class, the reason being is that I felt the most like a Spectre as an infiltrator. Like, you'll never know I'm coming till I've started picking off every one last merc in the area. My second choice would have to be Vanguard, mainly because it is incredibly fun to play as.
