CPU questions?

so lately i've been looking around for a new pc, and i intend to use it for all my photoshop, video editing, 3d modeling stuff, and i don't know if i should go with an intel i7 processor or that 8 core processor amd came out with. I keep trying to look up reviews on it and all i see are brand snobs not offering any help at all, mainly just "INTEL IS SO COOOOL, F*** AMD" or vice versa -.-
so what do you bros think is better?

It really does depends on how you are going to use the computer and when. I'm a Intel person, and need to dual-boot to Mac and Windows via boot camp.
I haven't heard much about AMD, but i see it in most Windows 7 computers today.
It's really just a matter of where your heart goes I guess.

AMD fcks up their newest processors.-.- Intel is the way to go right now if you have the money.:)

i7-3770K search it.:)
