Well sometimes, the people in the chat might not know the name of the song or the chat goes too fast so we don't read all the messages. Same case happens here, minus the messages going too fast.

It's only useless if you complain about the service. We try our best to answer every post, but sometimes you gotta do your own detective work and judgement.

(Note: not a mod, but it might get annoying for the mods to read this sort of stuff. idk)
